US trademark registration materials:

1. Provide the name, address and scanned copy of applicant’s ID and company license

2. Provide the list of goods or services to be covered and their classes

3. Trademark pattern: clear trademark picture with electronic Logo in JPG

Note: if the trademark is applied in color, please specify the color, and specified the same color in the future use. If the trademark is applied in black and white, it could be used in any color in future.

Duration of Application：8-12 months

Validity: 10 years
