Term of service:

The EPR service is calculated by calendar year. it shall end on the 31^st Dec of every calendar year.

Anyone who puts batteries, accumulators, equipment with built-in or enclosed batteries into the German market for the first time. Therefore, sellers selling batteries or products containing batteries must register with the battery law.

Which products are subject to the new battery regulations?
