Registration & Declaration Details:
Registration time: 3 -7 Days
Reporting period: Annual declaration, 1 time per year
Registration Information:
1. Fill in the registration application form;
2. Fill out the POA Form;
3. Color scanned of the business license.
Term of service: The EPR service is calculated by calendar year, it shall end on the 31st Dec of every calendar year.

According to the French battery law, as long as the product sold in France has a battery inside the product/the product has a free battery/the product belongs to the rechargeable battery type, the seller needs to register the French battery law.
Lays down that batteries now fall into three categories, with corresponding obligations for the producers:
- Portable batteries: batteries bought and used by households or which composition or format do not restrict themselves to strictly industrial or trade uses.
- Industrial batteries: batteries designed for exclusively industrial or professional purposes.
- Motor-vehicle batteries: batteries intended to supply an engine-starting, lighting or ignition system.
